I'm very sorry to bother you over the internet, but scheduling an appointment seemed a near impossible task...
I have gone to the Engineering Department management, and they requested that I contact the university management directly. They couldn't give me any information about forms to fill out, so I wasn't sure how to go about it - I'm sorry if this isn't the proper way.
I need to put in a formal complaint regarding the borderline stalker-ish behavior of some of my fellow engineering students. I'd like to know how to go about it... is this treated as a university matter, or should I go to the police instead?
