1. Are you named after anyone? If so, explain. No, not at all. My mother just liked my name, and it slides off the tongue easily enough. Kerri Leigh. I like it. :)
2. Do you have your children's names picked out already? If so, is there any significance? Oh, of course. Don't most girls? For some reason I have more boy names picked out than girl names.
For boys: Jack (I know, shut up), Kincade (shortened to Cade), Francis (Frank, my grandfather's name)
For girls: Rose (I know, shut up; plus, it's a family name), Donnatella (shortened to Donna for my godmother who's passed)
3. If you were born a member of the opposite sex what would your name have been? Hmmm, not sure. I think my parents knew I was a girl. If I had come out with a darker complexion, I would've been named Jessica.
4. If you could re-name yourself what name would you pick and why? I don't think I would. I really like my name. It's different, a lil country. ;)
5. Are there any mispronunciations/typos that people do w/ your name constantly? Oh God, yes. I get Carrie a lot (you wouldn't think the pronunciation is different, but it does differ slightly). My name is never spelt right. It's always Keri, Kerrie, Kerry, Kerri Anne (no idea where ppl got that one from). Even Leigh is usually spelt Lee.
Oh, I have a question for you, __fakinglines. I know you've watched Walk the Line as many times as me, but did you ever pick up on a sort of undercurrent between June and Jerry Lee? They were all flirty in the car, and I know he was doing it to piss off Johnny, but I felt like there was something else there. But she wasn't really aware of Johnny there, and she was all girly and giggly, going "Jerry Lee, stop," but she didn't really sound like she wanted him to. And I believe he made a comment at one point about Elvis not being able to stop talking about her.
Oh, and while they were all drunk on stage, he was the first to say hello to her, and I think the two of them talked a bit more than Johnny and her. Hmm, I'll have to check that one. I just remember hearing Jerry's voice more.
Or am I just completely insane and looking for a reason to write new fic?
