ok this is going to be a long entry..well only if i can remember everything that happened. This past week i slept at my church with my youth group and we went out and helped people by feeding the homeless, painting houses, landscaping yards, VBS and working around our church. I was on the pink house team...YES THE PINK HOUSE TEAM ROCKS!!!! haha Adam was our leader..he's awesome and it's cool cause 2 years ago we were on his team painting a green house!! Monday we got 2 coats on the house..yah i know we're so good! We were supposed to have the video scavenger hunt that night but they SAID we didn't have enough time..yah whatever..we sat around doing nothing the rest of the night! It's was great..Oh except we went to the baptism which was when i was sick. I was sick allll day monday after we got home from painting..kim thinks i got over dehydrated but who knows! Tuesday we almost finished our house which was exciting. We went to The Living Room bible study for college age people (even though most of us aren't in college lol) but it was awesome cause my sister came so i got to see her!! Wednesday Adam and Drew finished up our house while we went over to the landscaping house to help them. We waited for 2 hours for the sod (grass) to come!! Right when it finally gets there it starts raining. We got soaked lol and not to mention muddy and gross!! But it was fun. We fed the homeless that night which is always a neat thing to do but it was sad this year because not many people came. The community where we feed them are trying to get rid of all the homeless people because they think it's bad for their business. It's so sad..so there were only couple people there but kim & I played thumb war with one old guy who was really funny : ) thursday we finished up the landscaping, pulled weeds around our church and painted the playground. That night Kate came which made my week!!! She's been in Honduras for 2 weeks and came to talk to see us and talk about her mission trip. We had our regular service, played sardines FINALLY AND watched National Treasure which is a 2 hour movie lol so we were up till like 2 this morning!!!!! and we didn't even do our traditional pajama party with breakfast for dinner! This year was fun but i have to say last year was SO much better!!!! Rachael Adams was our councilor..omg she's awesome lol and made kim & I laugh waay too many times. It was funny, one night when Mrs. Clark was reading us our "bed time story" lol luccia would say something to rachael, make her laugh and we were laying on the floor so i could tell she was laughing without hearing her lol then it would make me laugh!! I'm serious rachael & could not stop laughing..but we couldn't laugh out loud cause it would interrupt our "bed time story"!! So i think our faces turned bright red from trying to hold it in : ) i think we could have won the award for having the messiest room there..i'm serious kim's stuff was all on the ground, nothing was in her suitcase and we all had stuff scattered everywhere. But i'l stop now and let you see the pictures..i look dead in so many of them lol cause i was SO tired!!!
