soooooo much fun!!!
virginia beach was so much fun! im so happy that i got to go! we left on wednesday night and got there like early thursday morning when we went to ihop ( i found out on the trip that ihop stood for international house of pancakes) (the only bad thing is that i said it outloud and they all laughed at me) and it was really yummy. then we took a like tour thingy of colonial williamsburg. that was really neat. i liked seeing all the houses and the lil town from like the 1700's. then we went to an outlet mall and went shopping there because it aas like 42 degrees outside and too cold for the beach. around 1 then we went to virginia beach and checked into our hotel. the hotel was kinda ew ugh-but it was like right on the beach and our balcony had an amazing view. me and sarah threw on our bathing suits and shorts and sweatshirts and went running down to the beach though. it was freezing cold and the wind was blowing like a mother but we were still like gosh man-that sux to come to the beach and not get in the ocean sooooo we decided too. it was soooo cold its like unexplainable. like ice water. but it was still fun. don't know how but it was. thursday nigt we went to dinner at fish bones and that was yum too. friday was competition day so the aids basically did not much of anything. but friday night was the dance. i really think i had more fun at the dance than the majority of the kids there. me and sarah taught the boot-scootin boogie with amber and then got to judge it. saturday we woke up....went to breakfast...went to a crappy mall place for like 20 minutes-went to lunch then to busch gardens. that was alot of fun too. the awards ceremony was there and after that everyone was really tired so we like went back to the hotel and went to bed. me and sarah were really dissapointd that our operation "aid invasion string cheese" was a failure. but i guess thats how it goes. sunday we like pulled out of the hotel at 7 in the morning. we were supposed to be home at 8. but on the way 2 of the 3 buses vbroke down and we had to wait and by the time we got home it was 12.30. i didn't get picked up till 1 then my dad wanted to go through steak and shake. then finally came home but i had to get a macbeth thingy so i didnt get to sleep till around 3.15 and was up at 5.30. i was like a walking dead person....ohhh yea somehow i 4got to throw in our grubfest at the food bear! haha guys!!! me n jenn n sarah bought likw ice cream, chips , and fruit snacks at the 10.30 stop on sunday night. it was just really funny. so school today was alright. not too much going on. i got all my pictures back like 10 minutes ago! they are happy! well...im gonna go cause my dad taped me desperate housewives last night so i gotta watch it. love ya-ilene!!!
