forever ago...
It seems like forever ago since I wrote in LiveJournal. And looking back on it...it was a really long time ago. Then...I started thinking about why i would have stopped writing in LiveJournal. It seems that for a while there I didn't think anything that was going on was worth while. It seems for a while I just didn't care. And now it would seem that time is over. And that's a great thing. It fills me up. And it's nice.
I had to write an assignment for my playwriting class. We weren't allowed to listen to music for 24 hours. Imagine that. Awful, right? I couldn't imagine going 24 hours without listening music. And the problem was that as soon you heard music...even if you didn't mean to and you heard someone else's music...you had to start the 24 hours over again. I got through a whole 8 before the time ran out. Afer we were done with the time limit we had to write a play or a monologue about it. I started it but I haven't finished it.
I only got through the first two little passages. Tell me what you think. But don't be too critical...still just a couple of weeks into the class.
Have you ever noticed how green a blade of grass is on a summer’s day? The different colors that dance along the horizon at dusk? The clear light of a shooting star through the velvet night? Breath-taking sights where the only explanation for their beauty is being a design of God himself.
Have you ever seen the smile of a child? So pure and full of light. How do you respond to the love spilling out of their shining eyes? It seems that truly they are product of a celestial being.
