I knew this all along!

As some of you may know, I have had a life long battle with my weight, it has gone up and down for so long. Around 2 years ago, I decided to give a carb-controlled lifestyle a try and I did good with it, I lost about 40 lbs with it.

Then one day I thought I would try continuing to lose with just watching what I eat and exercise. It didn't work and I ended up packing back on 20 lbs.!! :( I seem to keep losing and gaining the same 10-15 lbs over and over and I have finally gotten it through my thick skull why!! My body reacts very badly to certain kinds of carbs, especially white rice, pastas, sugar etc. I had so much more energy when I was on carb control. I think the reason I stopped it was one reason and one reason alone... I GOT LAZY!! To be honest with you, since getting off it, I have continued to be lazy because consuming all those not so good carbs has really zapped my energy level. I was so much more productive when I was doing the carb control thing.

I have resumed carb control eating and I have dropped 7 lbs this month. It is something that I am so thrilled about!! From here on out, no more getting lazy. I know I will have some slip ups along the way but, I am determined to eat in a way that I know helps me to have more energy which in turn will allow me to be more productive and I will be more likely to get in that exercise too!!

Okay this was a long one but I just had to get it off my chest!!
