McCoy had interacted with her enough by now to know that this physical manifestation of the Narada was a greatly intellectually-advanced creature with a worldview that differed radically from his own - a view that didn't sit too well with him, to be quite honest. But despite this, the way she still surveyed everything with that air of childlike curiosity and innocence...well, he couldn't help but find her kind of endearing. He was of course still worried about Spock and how he was faring over on that ship, but he figured that Narada would not put herself into such a delicate situation if there was a good-sized chance that things would take a turn for the worse over there.
Currently showing her around Sickbay at her request, he kept a close eye on her, gauging her reactions. Jim had left her with him a little while ago and he was more than happy to keep her under his watch for now.
