Just curious tho...what kind of education/experience requirements are there for this job? Doesn't sound incredibly difficult...

I'll put it this way--I had zero experience when I applied. The only thing I had was a degree in communication and political science. I passed their "writing test" and that's it. As long as you have a college degree and can form a coherent sentence, you're in. It's not difficult. Just boring. Very boring.
