I wonder how this will be priced. If affordable, I will totally get it. I've always wanted an Aero Garden but couldn't justify the cost.
http://www.buzzfeed.com/juliareinstein/ikea-hydroponics#.iu63vp8p7 Unrelated, my weekend was excellent. Dinner at Moody's was delicious. I discovered that I like their chicken liver mousse. Word from the waiter is that they'll be expanding into Santa Banta. My friends were very sorry to hear that Santa Banta will close. (So far, there are no signs indicating as such.) Maria also said that Moody's will also be opening a curing plant near her neighborhood.
I definitely want to go back.
Saturday lunch at Gyu-kaku was fun. Kathy noticed that our table was the only table that had some non-Asians. I was bad and indulged in a Lady M green tea crepe cake. Amusingly, Lady M will be opening a storefront near the Fluevog store.
Saturday dinner was spent watching K, Maria, and Sarah cook. We had kraut, sausages, and mashed potatoes. Then we watched the Indian movie, PK, as provided by Lynn.
I got home late both nights, so Sunday was nothing crazy. I went to the gym, made some ground pork with fermented soy bean sauce, breakfast cookies, and that all took most of the day.
Yesterday still felt a bit weekend-like. I took the afternoon off, went to Boston, picked up some new hand towels at Primark, and finally got around to watching Deadpool.
All in all, it was an excellent weekend.
PS. No new Fluevogs for me. A lot of the shoe families don't feel quite right on me. Although I liked the K2's more than I thought I would.
