I am really glad that I found a community where people count calories like I do. I have some questions that I'm wondering if any of you could perhaps answer. I am 173.5 at the moment, and around 5'7 in height. I have dropped 8 lbs since the start of summer (I was 181.5). In the last three days I have dropped two pounds and am now at my current weight. I did something to figure out my goal calorie intake/daily and its 1,225 so I was just wondering if this is what I should try to achieve for weight gain, and I also workout a lot (its slightly compulsive) so I was curious as to if let's say I intook 1,225 calories and then burnt off all of them (although this would probably not happen for me) would that just leave me at the same steady weight?
