what the mirror sees
it took time to let you in,
to see all that i am,
all that i'm about.
i didn't want to show you at first,
because when i look in the mirror
i see me, nothing special, average.
but you tell me there's much more.
you see my faults and
they only make me prettier.
when i look in the mirror
i see just a girl,
but the second you step into view,
i see all that i could want,
all that i need.
i've learned to love you
to be thankful for
all that you've given to me.
and i want you to love me,
but first i have to learn to love myself.
i get my license on friday!!!! two daysss omg im so excited. this will be greattttttttt granted i pass... *knocks on wood* what else is goin on ohh my loverboy riley hehe my guy from john law. he's awesome i hang out with him every chance i get and i only have more fun each time. he's really cool and down to earth and he makes me feel so happy and just good about myself. he always has me laughing and just thinking of him makes me smile, that's how i go to sleep each night with a huge grin on my face because he calls me everynight to say goodnight and sweet dreams :) i know awwwww right? well i like it and its good to finally feel happy and to have someone i care about here for me when things are goin so shitty in school. sooo much love goes out to julia and michelle for just being so great and always there for me no matter what, whenever i need a shoulder to cry on, or someone to cheer me up. i seriously couldn't ask for 3 greater people in my life right now. well... 4 because im really really glad chad and i are friends again. he is like the funniest person i know and its impossible not to have fun when youre with him. so thanks for everything you guys!!
