Physical fitness standards for females under 25 in the air force

In basic training, you're given two physical tests (PTs) and you need at least a 70 to pass. For the honors achievement, you need at least 90. (And a 90% on all written tests, but come on, it's me we're talking about.)

I have a 29" waist, so that's 30 points. Let's assume that I'll be able to do 51 sit-ups in a minute within the next two months, as when I started I could only do 10 and now I'm up to 35. So that's 10 more points. Only 50 more for my goal. Right now, I can only run the mile and a half in 15 minutes. That's only 36 points. As for push-ups...fff, in a minute? Maybe 20. 7.5 points.

Conclusion: Run faster, do more push-ups, keep working on sit-ups, and don't eat too many chocolate cakes.
