Just a few more minutes left for Christmas!
Thanks to my lovely internet connection crapping out on me this morning, my Christmas Wish post didn't get posted until now. Which was highly annoying, in addition to a lot of stress that was put upon me this morning.
But happily we all survived and managed to have a wonderful Christmas, even tho the spirit really never came over me this year. I don't know why I wasn't excited this year, perhaps because of the high stress levels combining the usual last minute panic with having a job this year. But I was happy to see my immediate and extended family again, wish I could see them more often but they only manage to gather together on Christmas :(.
G. and I had something come up and we ended up being nearly two hours late meeting up with his Mom and her friend R. at the Golden Apple. I was fairly hungry after a stressful morning and R. was nice enough to offer me half his corned beef sammich. We had not planned to eat there but were kinda starving so Greg and I shared that as well as split a croissant. It was a nice visit and we even got to see our fave waitress Bridget as we were leaving and gave her a nice gratiuity as a gift even tho she didn't serve our table :).
I just realized that I am REALLY sleepy right now so part two of Christmas 2008 will appear in my next post so stay tuned!
