Can't believe it's been ten years :(
Ten years ago on December 13, 1997 I lost my Dad, Irvin Taylor :(. He was ill for many years with a variety of conditions including diabetes, heart and kidney problems. Daddy was a fighter tho, surviving even when his doctor told us that he only had use of ten percent of his heart. He was in the hospital for the last 8 months of his life, but was allowed to come home for Thanksgiving that year as he was starting to get better. Sadly, he would not get to see Christmas that year as he had gone into a coma on Friday, December 12th...finally passing away the next day from kidney failure :(. I was devastated but it was more heartbreaking to see my mother's sadness at losing her life partner, someone she had been married to nearly 30 years. Daddy, we think of you often and miss you every single day! I am glad that you are in Heaven and Grandma Lois and Grandpa Roman are there with you. I love you Daddy!!!
