WOW been a REALLY busy and fun weekend!!! The festivities began on Thursday afternoon with a trip to
Pita Inn for dinner where chicken and steak kebabs were consumed along with a nice plate of hummus *homer droooooool*. Afterwards we went to Elk Grove Village to the
Eleventh Hour haunted house. I was reluctant to go becos last year when it was in Elmhurst it was really really lame. Like Blair Witch the first time I saw it lame. But since Blair Witch Project was better the second time round I gave this place a second chance and it didn't disappoint :D. Lots of creepy atmosphere from the haunted boarding house to the chain maze to the 3D extravaganza and finally the "Pitch Black" maze which can keep you entertained (or scared) for what seemed like hours!!! After we got out of there we hung out by the exit talking to the owner's dad and a few of the actors about how good it was and how they could improve for next year. Also it was fun to hang out by the exit becos the actors were scaring the crap out of teenage girls as they finally get out of the dark maze which is always a riot. We stayed til closing then went to
Steak N' Shake for Halloween milkshakes (caramel apple *homer drool*!!!) and bowls of their yummy veggie beef soup.
