My bed is calling meeeeeeeeee
It feels weird being home early on a Tuesday night because count_gregula had to go in at 7 instead of 11 to work an extra 4 hours because the kid who usually works 3-11 managed to get arrested last night for speeding. Seriously tho, if he is making this all up then it is the most creative excuse ever made to get out of working a shift :P. At least Greg only has one more night after tonite to work, hopefully he will not have to work early again.
Once again I have been so damned sleepy! I have no clue why...didn't do much besides play XBox and make a run to Dollar Tree for a few necessities. Maybe it's because I have been up since 5:30 am without a real nap *le sigh*.
Will have the weekend-in-review post (that I accidentally deleted *shiznit!*) up soon but here is a lil sample just to make y'all jealous ;).
Greg and Linda with George Romero
Yup, yup count_gregula, evil_b_13 and me got to meet the One and Only George A. Romero at the Fangoria con last Saturday! It was a long-ass wait, about 4 hours, but so worth it. We had a really nice conversation and he even commented on Greg's tux (he was supposed to be in the costume contest which we never got a chance to sign him up for) that "there was royalty here". George Romero turned out to be a super nice guy, one of the nicest celebs we have ever met. He also let us take pictures and talked to us and we got an autograph from him, which really made our day because we had missed him at Flashback a couple of years ago and thought that we would never get to meet him :D.
Methinks I will go and play Xbox a lil bit more then call Greg and pass out til I get up at six am for more fun times.
