Well he's no Charlie Sheen, but he's getting closer.
A little backstory: Scott Adams, of Dilbert fame, is a mind-boggling asshole.
A little bit ago he wrote up this awful misogynistic rant on his personal blog, basically explaining that men should treat women the same way they treat children and the mentally handicapped. Then deleted it. Fortunately it was captured by... almost everybody. Here is a good example.
So, over on metafilter, which is where people smarter than me hang out apparently, someone posts a link to Scott's newest assholish screed, How to Get a Real Education. Metafilter at large already has his number and so the funny starts immediately (looks like somebody failed calculus.).
But it gets good when a brand new user shows up to defend Scott. Including the amazing line, "As someone mentioned, he has a certified genius I.Q., and that's hard to hide. " Which... what does that mean.
The very next comment is Welcome to Metafilter, Scott!
Which is perfect. Because it turns out after a great deal of very annoying and juvenile arguing back-and-forth, he actually is Scott Adams.
