I finally figured out my real New Year's resolution.
I finally figured out my real New Year's resolution. It's never too late for one of those.
In the coming year, I am going to do something awesome. Something that, years later, I can look back on and think, wow, I was pretty awesome in 2008.
Coming up with the awesome thing that I will be doing, now, that's a different story.
All right, 2008 has already been pretty awesome. Much better than 2007. (Well, 2007 wasn't all that bad, but Mom dying kind of overshadows anything else. You know how that goes.) I went to San Fransisco. My uncles showed me such an incredible time. I met dragonessasmith and wiccagirl24. That was, quite possibly, the best January I've ever had.
But there are 11 more months left to fill. Plenty of time to make 2008 even more awesome.
I think...I think this may require an even bigger trip. Maybe to somewhere where I don't have family, and I have to work out my own place to crash and my own way to get around. But. Wow, where? There's so much elsewhere out there.
Or maybe something else. I don't know what else, but something.
So? Does anyone else want to join me in declaring 2008 The Year Of Awesome?
