Amiskwia sagittiformis is a Middle Cambrian worm, a rarity found in the Burgess Shale formation. This creature has three definate body segments: a head with two extremely large tentacles, an unsegmented trunk with stumpy side fins, and a flattened tail. The tail and fins suggest that it was an active swimmer.
