Apple is starting to scare me....
From my apple software license agreement:
"The failure of the Apple software could lead to death, personal injury, or sever physical or enviromental damage."
Is this disconcerting to anyone? I expecially like the sever physical or enviromental damage. So, if the software fails and then I kill/hurt myself because apple is sooo fucking annoying they cannot be sued. Also, if I decide to blow up a city apple cannot be sued either. Hmm.. Don't you love apple's comprehensive legal disclaimers?
