Humboldt?
Well, I got a letter from Humboldt state.
In it was my offical acceptance, I had privously got a prelimanary acceptance from them, now its offical.
"Dear Jennifer,
Congradulations! Humboldt State University is pleased to offer you admission for the fall 2005 semmester...."
I guess its real now. I will be going away for college. There was always this little fear/hope that I wouldn't be getting into any college, then I would be forced to stay in sacramento with all my friends who will be staying behind. Of course, this is not what I wanted, but I do want to stay close with my friends, it will be hard if I am living 5 hours away. I know that given the oppertunity I would leave, if for nothing else just to go. So, this letter is bitter sweet in a way, it ensures I WILL be leaving the sacramento area in less then nine months, but in that it ensures that I will be leaving some of the best friends I have ever known. I always figured that we'd be going our own sepreat ways for college, but now its just me going away, everybody else is going to be staying in the greater sacto area. I feel like I am going to miss out on all the fun times ahead.
Oh well. I still havn't herd from Santa Cruz, but I am not expecting to until march sometime.
