A Very Important Mod Announcement
Greeting, Starsians! This is an important notice from your mods regarding our final decision about whether or not to move to Dreamwidth. Please note that as this is our last word on the matter, the time for discussion is now over. Having taken into consideration the services that both Livejournal and Dreamwidth offer, the poll we put up a week ago and the discussion points the playerbase has brought up, the mods have decided that we will be moving to Twitter Dreamwidth.
While we understand that this is not a decision that will please everyone, we feel that it is the best choice in regards to our playerbase and the game as a whole.
The move will officially take place on Monday, January 23rd. That means that any new posts or logs will have to be on our Dreamwidth comms rather than on Livejournal. The 23rd will also be when we open up reserves again.
Backtagging on the LJ comms will take place until February 1st. After the 1st of February, there should be no more tagging on the LJ comms. It will be our last day of importing anything that has taken place on datapads and thestarmaps.
By next week, we will have the appropriate posts - taken and player contact - ready for everyone who is making the move with us to Dreamwidth to comment to. At the time, you will be able to join our new comms as well!
If you haven't yet done so, Dreamwidth still has an open account creation going on for the foreseeable future. And don't worry, once invite codes are enabled again, getting a few will not be a problem~
