[Looks like someone finally forced Demos to take a break, because he’s looking much less tired and run down for this broadcast]
Greetings - has anyone come up with a word to encompass everyone who watches this broadcast, yet? Someone should get on that. Regardless, it seems as though the galaxy has decided we’ve had enough excitement for the past few weeks, because I don’t actually have all that much to tell you.
Republic propaganda is out in full force to draw in recruits after the somewhat devastating losses they suffered during the recent battle over Ithor, but Sith numbers have, as always, remained stable. To the surprise of exactly no one.
In more completely expected news, the rebuilding of the areas of Coruscant damaged in the riots is long since underway, with some areas full functional, and the planet expected to be back to normal within the fortnight. Ithor, on the other hand, is struggling to find assistance and is welcoming volunteers on the ground as the Republic has seemingly washed their hands of the planet after the loss they suffered there.
Oh, and - Admiral Onya Saffron. Demoted to Captain, currently on probationary service but otherwise cleared of all charges. Y’know, I sort of think we should stop calling this news and just call it ‘stating the obvious’.
