So how did I end up faring on the
project lists and
relsolutions I posted
last January? Let's check in with myself.
1. The third album by The Corner Laughers tentatively entitled "Poppy Seeds: It's currently about halfway-done and turning into a very ambitious project.
2. The debut album from Agony Aunts: We finished it in September, released it to the world in October and it's still
available for free listening and cheap downloading. It has done fairly well for a fun little collaboration we made in the garage; garnering airplay and blog mentions in Germany, Australia, Japan, Brazil, and the UK.
3. Some sort of album by the William Cleere band: Done, and should be out very soon. The first single
"Labor Day" was featured in
Magnet Magazine 4. Brad Johnson Tribute: Didn't happen, but maybe this year.
5. New CvS album? No further information at this time.
6. Instrumental seasonal song cycle by The Sunbonnets: This was never mentioned again after the January 2010 post.
7. Bigwheel reunion: We reformed for
the_ass_doctor and
zimbra1006's wedding, and finally got around to recording a song last week, which I'm very excited about.
8. 50 Book Challenge: Nope, only made it to 40, unless you count the 6 Scott Pilgrim graphic novels in which case, 46. I'll try again this year.
9. The Wazu Lion-Cut Hair Regrowth Project: Final results are
here. 10. Redwood City Daily Photo: Final results are
here.
