Garlic Time
On Saturday we were trying to find the wall adapter for Karla's video camera. (It's a CA560 in case you're into that kind of stuff.) We looked all over the house, in all the closets and electronic doo dad drawers and could not find it. It looked like we were going to have to break down and order a new one @ $82 ($30 starting bid on eBay). Anyway, we have a freebie table at work, anyone can bring in their unwanted crap and leave it there and it usually gets picked up by someone. Yesterday Rick Pam just happened to bring in a broken video camera. I opened the box and what did I find? A CA560 adapter! What are the chances? Rarely ever has the freebie table provided me with the exact obscure appliance I was about to order.
