Super Happy Fun Fat Tuesday! is finally over, and Missouri (oddly enough) continues to be the country's example: practically unable to make up its mind over which Democrat gets the four undecided voters, and Sen. McCain barely ahead of the near-local son, Mike Huckabee on the other side of the fence. Also, the only reason the Republican vote seems to have been split so narrowly is that the highly-religious voted for Huckabee (not Romney, who is a Yankee so-and-so, and worse, he's rich...you know, unlike McCain or Huck) is the Reagan Democrats will vote overwhelmingly Democratic this time around; Democrats had something 2-1/2 times as many people caucusing as the Republicans, and I seriously doubt that's a coincidence.
Democrats, please do not nominate a three-legged yellow dog, nor "run up the score" by nominating jerkoffs to the Federal bench and all seats of the Congress, because they will win, and then we will be stuck with eight more years of bad government. The country doesn't need that, and I don't think I'd be able to deal with the disappointment.
