[Asch has been keeping a very close eye on Guy since the announcement was made, especially since he's apparently been rejected from being able to go himself. When Guy ends up just sitting beside the tunnel, Asch lets him be for a while before heading over, standing a few feet behind him and hesitating. Should he say anything or just leave it alone?]

[Guy will let Asch be for a moment so he can decide for himself, but when the silence drags on he glances over his shoulder.]

Ha ha-! [The burst of laughter is short; Guy cuts himself off when he realizes Asch would probably take it the wrong way.]

[Asch falls silent at that, elbows resting on his knees, hands clasping together.] ...Then why haven't you gone yet?

I'm not afraid but that doesn't mean I've thrown caution to the wind. I'm waiting to hear a couple stories from some other people first.

Hm. [Logical enough; Asch probably would have done as much himself. He wishes he could remember his own experience with John... maybe then he could be of more help. As it is, all he can do is wait for Guy to make his choice.]
