[Considering that it had just been audio, Zoey has no idea of what had exactly happened. And what does that lead to? Worry of course. Hopefully he'll answer.]

Hey! You okay there, Zack?

[He does reply, but it takes a few minutes and he's still out of breath when he does. That was...quite a run.]

Yeah, I'm okay. Never doing that again, though.

[She doesn't mind that it had taken a while, especially with the way he's sounding right now.]

What the hell happened there?

Got ambushed. Some kind of...bipedal wolf things came out of nowhere.

[And chewed his arm a bit; that's gonna sting when he cleans it out.]

Think I lost 'em, though. They're not following me anymore.

[Well, she's glad to hear that he seems okay. But this was definitely new.]

Bipedal wolf things? Pretty sure I've never heard of something like that before.

Me neither. Haven't seen these anywhere around the city before tonight, but I think they were those monsters popping up in the Industrial District before.

[There isn't much else they could be, after all. The timing's just too perfect.]

The attacks I've heard of, though... You really think these are the same ones?

Yeah, I think so. I didn't run into any other sort of monsters or creatures out here. Just those things.

Better be on the look out then. [Because guess who lives in that said district.]

Probably a good idea. Though they might sneak up on you anyway.

[Zoey should...probably stay inside. No telling what could happen otherwise.]

How fast were they anyway? Sounded like you had quite a run after something like that.

They were pretty fast, but if you end up getting chased, just try and make it so they can't see or hear you. They gave up after I was out of their sight for a while.

Great. [There's so much sarcasm in her voice right now.] That sounds just like avoiding a Witch.

[He doesn't know what a Witch is, but...well, he can get the point.]

Do Witches shriek and try to take chunks out of you while they're chasing you? They might be related to these things if they do.

They do. At least when you surprise them or catch them off guard.

[That's not...exactly like these things, but certainly close enough to get Zack to sigh, and the pout on his face is pretty much audible in his tone when he speaks.]
