Let's all do drugs outside
I was walking on campus today and there were some thugged out looking guys just walking and smoking pot in BROAD DAYLIGHT.
Am I missing something here?!? I guess you really wouldn't be caught unless there was a cop on campus but still. LAME. Drugs should be kept behind closed doors.
