These hats are seriously cool. Each RDB hat is handmade in Brazil from otherwise trash-bound old cargo-truck tarps and wire from retired truck tires. These are tough as old boots, comfortable , fun to wear and each one is unique. The costume designer dyed and waxed Cougar's hat to achive this look, which is easy to do with Fiber Reactive dyes.
