Life is weird right now
Classes are pretty tough...but it figures since I'm in my last year
Being a section leader is tough too. Some parts are alot of fun, and come so naturally, it seems like its always been that way, but other parts are just rough. People are unable to take care of themselves. Its kind of amazing. We're here to help and everything, but seriously, it gets to be rediculus. I don't know how these people function on a daily basis! I'm surprised some people remember to bring an instrument with them to band! (For all of you MVHS band kids The whole mommy corinnie thing from highschool is kicking in, but I feel like i'm more of a mother than when I was a drum major!) I understand freshmen not knowing whats going on, but when you've been in band over a year, you should know. argh. But there is alot of good too. I like being able to help my section, and my fellow section leaders are cool. We all get along really well. (considering I live with one of the, its kind of important)
Work is another tough thing. I get up at 5:30 twice a week to go clean up after dogs/cats.
I'm starting to get periods of senioritis too. Thats bad since we're only part way through the semester, and I still have Spring to go after this. I really want to be out of school...I really really want to be closer to James...and I want to not worry about tests and homework and labs.
Further notes: Our football team lost today, which is really really bad, since Oregon St. was one of the teams we thought we'd beat. We need three more wins for a bowl game, and what do we have left? Maybe we could beat Stanford, UCLA, Washington...Oregon? I don't know. Its looking iffy.
Our Volleyball team did beat Arizona state...which is good, because we suck this year.
