Second Amendment
Wow, so has anyone else heard that the Supreme Court is actually going to hear a case to interpret the 2nd amendment? Apparently the District of Columbia enacted a handgun ban which has been challenged and the case has been granted certiorari and will be heard pretty soon. Pretty interesting stuff, I look forward to what will hopefully be an enlightening legal debate! :)
