- All pictures, quotes and reviews found at COUCHE.LJ belongs to COUCHE. Should you require any of the above, please do seek our consent before using it.
- We serve our customers on a first-come-first-serve basis and do not put items on hold.
- Payment for all items are to be made through POSB transfer.
- Payment is to be made within 24hours, after a confirmation email consisting our bank a/c number and instructions, is being sent to you. Should you not pay within the time range, your items will be up for grabs again and you'd be blacklisted.
- Please note that although every buyer is given 24hours to make payment, priority would go to the one who pays first.
- Do not back out once you have submitted your order form. If you do, you'd be blacklisted from COUCHE.
- Goods sold are not exchangeable and refundable. However if you find a flaw in your item, please do send an email to couche.purchase@gmail.com with the subject heading - Flaw found in (Collection number), (Item name). We might do a partial or full refund for you, depending on the flaw found.
- However, any return goods must be in it's original state. Any ironed or washed clothes would not entertained.
- Prices stated are exclusive of postage.
- Postage charges are as follow:
Normal mail: $1.50 per top / dress
Registered mail: an addition of $2.50 per mail
