So you and a bunch of friends want to go to Beyond Vanilla 18 this
year, but missed the early bird deadline???? Have we got news for you!!!!
This year, Beyond Vanilla is a running a special offer: if you and 5
or more friends [ie a group of 6 + people] sign up together with your
kinky group you each get the early bird rate!! That is a saving of
almost 25 dollars a person!!! WOW!!!! And you can use those savings to
purchase a Keynote Dinner ticket, a Beyond Vanilla T Shirt, Play Party
ticket or heck spend it at the Vendor Fair!!! Its up to you to choose...
So how do you do this you ask? It's soooo easy...download and fill out
a paper form for each person registering for the event [the form is
available on the BV website!] and send all the registration forms
together in with your payment[s] to NLA-Dallas. Make sure to put which
group you are with on the top of each form before you put everything
into an envelope and mail it in!!!Payment methods for paper
registrations and address for mailing in the forms is on the website.
And while you are on the website, check out the list of classes and
presenters, and who all is selling great kinky stuff at the vendor fair!
For those that live in the DFW metro area, a Beyond Vanilla committee
member can come to your event to pick up paper forms and payments for
valid group registrations. Please email the promotions committee from
the Beyond Vanilla website to let us know that you would like to have
someone come to your meeting! Also, a BV committee member will be at
4th Friday munch in August, so if you can get 6 or more people
together to register that night, you save a bundle!!!
Current registration online at www.beyondvanilla. org is $99.00.
Registration at the door will be $110.00. Registered guests receive
entry to all of the workshops and an event run pin. Commemorative
T-Shirts and tickets for the Saturday Dinner Keynote are also
available. Our Keynote address, offered by Ms. Twisted, will be an
event not to be missed. Volunteers are needed throughout the weekend
and anyone agreeing to volunteer will receive a $30.00 rebate after
completion of volunteer hours on Sunday. Play party admissions will
only be on sale at the Registration Desk of the event. Registered
guests and NLA-Dallas member may purchase tickets, but quantities are
limited so be sure to shop early.
The Sterling Hotel has a special room rate of $71.00 plus tax.
Contact the hotel directly at 214-634-8550 and mention that you are
attending Beyond Vanilla XVIII to obtain this rate. Rooms go fast, so
book early!!!!
