Looking for lovely roommate or couple for an easygoing and clean house near Harold/SE 70th. Move-in date would be Apr.1st or possibly last week of March. The bedroom is good size with attached full bathroom ($450 for one and $500 for a couple, plus utils). The 2nd full bathroom is in the hallway. Bedroom has window looking into backyard and good closet. House is one block from beautiful Mt. Scott park with community center (nice pool and rollerskating rink!!!). This is another smaller room for $300 with great sun light and closet.
Within a few blocks of 3 bus lines (14-Hawthorne,10-Harold,and 19-Woodstock), 15-20mins to downtown/PSU and 10 mins to Reed. Looking for conscientious roommates, men or women, who like lively and creative living. House currently has one man 31 y.o and 28 y.o female. who active in a lot of great social circles.
We like cooking together, a nice garden in the big backyard and frontyard, craft space, too many bikes, rain barrels, and efficient/sustainable living. And weaving! Construction! And drinking lots of tea!
Vegetarian preferred but occasionally meateaters welcome. Prefer no heavy smokers/drinking, non-smoking house, but don't mind if you do outside. There is already one cat outdoor, unless it's cold outside. If you have a dog it would have to be friendly to cats, not a digger in the garden, or regular barker(ie. not barking at every body that walks by the house).
