Reasons I hate outlook:
The text formatting has always been totally fucked up, but in the new (2007) version, it's really hard to find the 'plain text' formatting option. I always look in Message or Format Text, but it's a series radio buttons in options (except disguised not to look like radio buttons).
Apparently it feels the need to scroll around for me while I'm typing.
