Round 04 / Challenge 13-Final!
Information for Challenge 13 is under the cut. Please read the directions for each section and ask any questions you may have. You have two weeks to submit your entries. Have fun and good luck!
Challenge 1-Emotional Blend!
Use two separate images of your choice (must be the same film or tv series) featuring a different emotion and blend them into one icon. Keep in mind I'm looking for a blend not a picture in a frame or putting one on top of the other.

Challenge 2-Minimalist
Using an image of your choice you will submit ONE icon with a very simple style. An unusual crop will be the focus and that alone.

Challenge 3-Two images
Using the image below you will submit TWO icons that are different. They cannot have the same crop, coloring or textures (that are visible) make them as different as you can.
Challenge 4-Promo
Using your own choice of images, textures, etc you will be creating a promo banner & matching icon. The words on the banner must be: costumelims, a last icon maker standing, & round 5. Size is up to you, but must not exceed 400x400.
To Recap:
1. One icon with two separate emotional images blended (choice of image up to you).
2. One icon made from one image that is very simple in style with an unusal crop as the focus (choice of image up to you).
3. TWO icons using the provided image and must be different in both crop, color, texture use.
4. One promo banner with a matching icon. Must not exceed 400x400 (choice of image up to you).
-Icons must meet LJ's standards (100x100px or smaller; no animation)
-Icons must be new and cannot be posted anywhere until results are announced
-You may only participate if you are ancientwhispers & lemonpunch
-Deadline for entry is Saturday, January 8th at 6 pm (EST).
-Questions? Feel free to ask & if you cannot meet the deadline-let me know in advance and I'll work something out with you.
-Remember: Our cut off point is 1975 with the end of the Vietnam War.
