New Mod[s] Needed

Sorry for the extreme delay in the last icontest! Life got really, really busy and I honestly forgot about this. I've posted the banners at last.
The long and short of it is: At this moment I don't know if I can continue to moderate this community effectively. I hate (and I know you do to) when mods can't keep a community running smoothly, so I don't want to continue having bumpy and late contests.
Therefore, I have two options to propose:
1) I find one (or two) new mods who can take over, at least for now.
2) The journal goes on hiatus until my life settles down or new mods take over.
SO. If YOU want to be a mod, please respond to this post acknowledging that you know how to make a poll, how to make banners, and when to post updates for the journal. I do want to ask that you only apply if you have won at least one icontest (I don't really care which place).
