spring

Things are good lately. I'm slowly getting used to my new office. I'm happily surprised that the temperature in the office is very agreeable. (It's probably because Larry jammed the vent, lol)I used to always freeze my nips in the back of the office. I miss the sunshine though. One of my new goals in life is to develop a green thumb. My mom and my brother have it so why not me? I have a spider plant in my office. I've been it's new owner for only four days and it looks amazing. I've already received compliments from its previous owner (she was never around the office to watch over the plant). I will buy the plant some friends and a full spectrum light bulb, which acts like sunlight. I also need to decorate my very white walls. I have NEVER lived anywhere with white walls. I'm a little bored with work right now because I've been doing the same thing for a month now (work that is not very cerebral). But the positive side of it is that you get comfortable with what you do. I like comfort. But it's SPRING! Time for action! Unfortunately it's the end of the fiscal year and no one has any work to do. I have a feeling things will pick up next week. It's in the air. :) I had to leave work early today which sucked because I'm trying really hard to bank hours to take a vacation in the summer. There was a power outage in the westborough area. I was a very wierd experience going to the bathroom in COMPLETE DARKNESS. It was not my happy place.

I'm been feeling very energetic lately (except for this week in which I'm still recuperating from losing an hour). Hopefully I will start exercising more. I started Kundalini Yoga classes. Every Monday. I LOVE IT! It's a very good workout to. Chanting is fun... expect I usually sit beside Raph and that guy just cannot sing. Really. It's horrible. He sounds like the pubescent kid on the Simpsons. And he has no ear so he sings on the same tone the whole time. It's really hard for me not to laugh. This class will do wonders for my concentration just because of that.
