I'm not entirely sure of what you're asking but I'll try to explain this to best of my knowledge regardless~

I'm assuming by 'regular' contacts, you're referring to non-prescription contact lenses, yes? These should be in (-0.00). People with close to 20/20 vision or those who don't wear glasses on a regular basis shouldn't require anything higher than a (-0.00) or it'll incredibly blur their vision. But even so, I'd recommend seeing an eye doctor before you decide to give contacts a try if you haven't already.

Colored contacts should be no different from clear contacts in terms of comfort but prescription-wise, it /might/ just differ from your glasses prescription. It would depend on the person I guess? For example: I wear -4.25 on my left glasses lenses and -3.75 on the right one. For contacts, I wear both -4.00 for both eyes. Your contacts prescriptions should take account for the size and shape of your eye as well. But again, I'm not expert on this so your best bet would be to schedule appointment with an optometrist and go from there on.

Good luck ^^
