The Matthew Stubbs Band has a show in the city! Right near where I used to live, in fact. It's this Wednesday night at Ryles in Inman Square. This is the band I wrote about last year when they were in the Boston Blues Challenge - and won - featuring Kit Holliday as lead singer. She writes,

On Wednesday, September 22, the Matthew Stubbs Band returns to Ryle's Jazz Club in Cambridge, with an extra special horn section including Scott Shetler, John Moriconi, and Doug James. Should be a burnin' show... hope to see you all there on a school night!
