This is so lovely. It's wonderful to have a continuation in which to explore their reunion (fjkdsfjks augh they're together again!), and this pays off with lots of good feelings. Thank you for sharing! ♥

This is the perfect ending (continuation?) to Learning to Fly, ngl! It had the same bittersweet tone, except much more positive because hey, Satomi's free and Ryo's free and THEY CAN FLY AWAY TOGETHER (/cue Moulin Rouge's "One Day I'll Fly Away" orz) and I hope Ryo keeps his promise. And that they have a happy, happy ending helping orphaned children of The Great War and having children of their own hurhur.

And I don't understand why you say you "can never write as poignantly and as vividly as [I] do" because you totally can.

Okay scratch that, you do it better okay. <3 Because this was just leagues better than my photo-finished JE WD fic for you last year. trololol. Now I miss writing JE het huhuhu.

This is all sorts of late and tardy but seriously, I loved it. ^_^ And I may or may not have regretted not joining JE WD for its last run (sobs) lol.
