Why do I get all the "special" calls?
For instance, here's a summary of a call I handled earlier today.
"Hi, I'm looking for a book I saw in your store a while ago - a literature book about wines. No, I don't remember the title or the author, but I looked at the book's contents, so I know what it's about. You couldn't look through your literature section1 for me, since I am in Mississippi and all. Oh, and I'm going to sound really disappointed and put out when you can't magic up this nameless and authorless book for me."
1Our literature section consists of at least 54 shelves. And pretty wide shelves at that.
