CRAYFISH

So we went to my mum's favourite wrap-it-yourself popiah restaurant for lunch today - my parents, aunt A, cousin sister and me. More than the popiah or the mee sua which are our usual orders, I enjoyed the CRAYFISH which was drenched in a VERY YUMMY sweet-spicy crushed peanut sauce. There were deep fried mantou (buns) too, which when eaten dipped with the sauce is MMMMMMM~ DELICIOUS. I heard the dish was ~$30 though? O_O It feels pretty expensive since it was only 6 pieces of crayfish (= not that much meat?). But it was goood. I wonder if you can just order the sauce + mantou at a heavily reduced price...

And I found out today that when we eat lamb, we are literally eating baby sheep - as in, lamb = meat of sheep that are under 1 year old, as opposed to mutton, which is meat of sheep that are above 1 year old - according to cousin sister who researches meats for her dogs' dietary needs. OTL I-I... I never knew there is this difference. I suddenly feel bad about eating lamb. D: Is it common knowledge? I'm sorry I laughed at Hina for not knowing which is his elbow vs the back of his elbow. :(

And chrysan~ Order status on CD Japan now says IN SHIPPING PROCESS. - means they're preparing it for shipping, which will take 1 to 2 days according to their FAQ. (Shipping itself will take 4-12 days. Do weekends count? idk. anyway.) SO EXCITED.
