One of those weird things about moving into a new place is finding various ephemera from the previous residents, somehow missed by the cleaning crews. I've found out so far that the previous owner was married, on food stamps, had a dog, and liked Uncle Kracker. Food stamps and a mortgage, wow. How much would you be willing to bet that he got one of the adjustable rate interest-only loans?
