No on 102!
By some cruel twist of fate, I received in the mail a flyer from the despicable people at the yes campaign. It's funded by Focus on the Family and the Knights of Columbus, both out-of-state groups. Apparently according to the flyer, if we vote yes on 102 it will keep judges from forcing homosexual marriage on the general populace. Um... wait a sec... They aren't going to be telling single Joe Schmo down the street that he'd better stop being interested in Cindy and start looking at Steve.
Proposition 102 (and by the same token Prop 8 in California) are just trying to tell people that they aren't allowed to love whoever they want. True love knows no bounds. Keep it that way. Vote NO on 102 and 8. Please.
