Real Life
Was on vacay a few weeks ago, it was nice. Didn't do anything, just stayed home and got some work done around the house. The new term is 'staycation' , I believe, it's been put in some new dictionary or another!
They ended up not shutting the water off that week (which I didn't find out about until after I hadn't taken a shower that day, grrr.... But they did start shutting it off during the day last week, but just during the week, thank goodness, not on weekends (They association is getting water meters installed on all the houses, a water meter is a bizzare concept to me from Northern California...)
Already made dinner & cleaned up, doing the last load of laundry, the kids are fighting over putting Ben's clothes away... Think tomorrow we'll try to straighten up Ben's room, put the heavy clothes in a drawer he doesn't use, I don't know, he'll wear sweat pants any day of the week, even if it's 97 degrees out (Ronda needs to show me how to do the emoticons with the regular characters...)
Figured out the digital camera, stuff's posted on my FB page! Yay!!!
Been working overtime, worked 1p-10p of 4th of July, it really sucked, people were so mean!!!!
