Ooooo, what is that nasty Ruby up to? And Sam. Sam, Sam, Sam, haven't you learnt by now that keeping secrets isn't good? Big brother wont be pleased with you if everything comes crashing down.

And *wince* poor Cas, he just can't look after everyone, can he? Though I'm not a slash fan, the Dean/Cas scene wasn't off-putting (but I did kind of glaze over it a tad), I certainly understand your reasoning for putting it in and think that you're right, the story is far more realistic with it.

The phone scene: OMG, I was in hysterics! ROFLMFAO! That was just so... so... perfectly brilliant in its hilarity. I love how you add humour into the serious storyline.

I'm so looking forward to the next chapter and their wee dinner party... Can't wait!

Hi doll!

I'm not actually a Cas/Dean shipper myself, which I know seems strange given this 'verse. But I do love Cas as a character, and I love Team Free Will and I wanted the three of them to be a family, and this was the way the 'verse presented itself. And I do feel that, if Cas and Dean are gonna be billed as the couple, they have to get a little schmoop time...though I don't have any more planned for the future. Ultimately, I like to keep this 'verse as gen as possible. :D

I have the same problems with conference calls as Dean, sadly. And I work with technology for a living.

Thank you so much for the review! I've got so much stuff planned in this 'verse, but little scenes keep turning into longer ones. Next up after part two is pure Rosemount schmoop that was needed after the first SPN. I'm hoping it'll hit your buttons! :D

I love Balthazzar. I hate SPN for constantly killing off awesome characters, especially in Season 6, where they literally slaughtered EVERYONE! So yeah. My Balthy is gonna stick around and be cute and funny, and I'm not apologizing! :D Thanks for reviewing! <3

This is great - and terrifying. I completely understand why Sam's trying to protect Dean and Cas, but I know it's going to go horribly wrong. And who at the halfway house is using? Can't Sam get out of there and live safely with his brothers?

Heyo! Part 2 on the way! Hopefully up tomorrow. In a later story, an incident will prompt Sam to move home with Dean and Cas, but the incident right then was referencing Sam's earlier "relapse" when several of his housemates hid their stash in the shaker. I in know way wish to condemn halfway houses, because my brother and a friend lived in one, but I know dealers troll them, which I find cruel.
