1) Was able to fix part of a client's issue by listening to what he wanted as well as what he was saying.
2) Was able to offer a client a product to help reduce his bills by a goodly amount, because I know the "odd" features work sells.
3) Heroes. (Except spider-Mohinder)

5) Finding out what part of my "mark of ownership"* from Sir is going to be.
*read: physical item that represents Sir's domination over me and my submission to Him. I have one collar and won't wear two men's collars.
