a long overdue update!!
Hey everyone! Yes, I'm still alive out here. I bet some of you had started to wonder.
Sorry I've been so neglectful of late. I'm still using someone else's computer and still on dialup, which both are very irritating.
I now have to jobs. They're both going well. However, I might change my mind after this week. I'm a night auditor at La Quinta Inn. I work Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat. If anyone is ever up at 2am your time and feel like talking, give me a call. I'll be up on those days. So I work 40 hours there. I'm also working at Albertson's in the seafood department. I'm supposed to be part-time - 20 hours. Due to this week being the week before Memorial Day, I'm scheduled for 30 hours. This weekend was nice. I've gotten to catch up on sleep.
On Thursday nights, John and I meet up with friends at the bar, McCabe's, formerly the Wayfarer. Alot of the people are from the zoo, one of which is Jamie, who I will go into more depth at a later date. She's a kind of kindred spirit who molests me at the bar.
On Sunday nights, such as tonight, we head over to Mike abnd Ed's place for roleplaying. Currently we are playing World of Darkness. I'm a mortal, who is a sleep walker. I hope that makes sense to you roleplayers so I don't have to explain myself. I'm still very new to the World of Darkness. (hehe) We have two ghouls, two mages( one of which has recently been enlightened, a bum turned mage). It's been alot of fun. I even bought my own dice. =)
John and I are getting our own apt. Jeremy's girlfriend is moving in and the townhome is really too small for four people. I still have stuff in the garage! We found a lovely apt. We can get dsl there and I can have my computer hooked up all the time. Look to see more of me after the 15th of June. I can get cats again too!! We are getting Loki and Clack from his mom. Loki is an albino siamese and Clack was a feral stray cat. I have my work cut out for me with that one. The only time you can pet him is when he's eating, but come on!! He's in a house with two large dogs and four other cats. I think he'll be much happier in our apt with only Loki as another pet in the house.
I want to write more, but I have to go pick up Johnny from work and head over to Mike and Ed's.
I miss you guys more than I let on here. I got really homesick Thursday and wanted nothing more than to apparate to Memphis and wake all you people up.
